DPAC Northern Ireland is organising a protest outside the “Pathways to Work public consultation event” by the DWP in north Belfast, Monday 16th 1-2pm outside NICVA offices
The event is described as: “Pathways to Work: Reforming Benefits and Support to get Britain Working Green Paper Public Consultation “
This event will not be hearing us out. They are working with the hopes of going forward with the green paper to cut benefits. We won’t stand by when we haven’t been involved from the beginning!
The event location was only announced yesterday. Making our announcement very short notice, but also being inaccessible to any disabled person trying to plan around attending.
